Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği Türkçe Uyarlaması Geçerlik ve Güvenilirlik Çalışması

Amaç: Bu çalışma, Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeğinin (ÇYKÖ) Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlik güvenilirliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Yöntemler: Bu çalışmaya sağlık alanında çalışan toplam 100 kişi katılmıştır. Katılımcılara Kısa Semptom Tarama Envanteri, Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği uygulanmıştır.
Bulgular: Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeğinin Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve alt ölçekleriyle; Kısa Semptom Tarama Envanteri ve alt ölçekleri ile arasında orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu ilişkiler, Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ile yapılan analizde (r=0.391, p<.01), Kısa Semptom Tarama Envanteriyle yapılan analizde (r=0.401, p<.01) olarak bulunmuştur. ÇYKÖ'nün güvenilirliğini değerlerinden cronbach alfa katsayısı 0.848?dir.
Sonuç: Bu çalışmayla, ÇYKÖ'nün Türkçe uyarlamasının, geçerli ve güvenilirliğini bir değerlendirme aracı olduğu saptanmıştır. Özellikle, yoğun stres altında çalışan iş kollarında kullanımının daha yararlı ve yol gösterici bilgiler vereceği düşünülmektedir.
Validity and Reliability of the Turkish Version of the Professional Quality of Life Scale
Objective: The aim of this study was to invastigate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL R-IV).
Methods: One hundred health professionals participated in the study. All participants were assessed using the ProQOL R-IV, the Burnout Inventory and the Brief Symptom Inventory the Turkish versions.
Results: A moderate correlation was observed between the Turkish Version of the ProQOL R-IV (and its subscales) and the Brief Symptom Inventory (and its subscales). The ProQOL R-IV was correlated with Burnout Inventory and Brief Symptom Inventory (respectively, r=0.391, p<.01, r=0.401, p<.01). The Cronbach's alpha value of the scale was 0.848.
Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the Turkish version of the ProQOL R-IV is a valid and reliable instrument. It is assumed that the scale might be especially useful in the assessment of professionals in stressful working conditions and may provide the clinician with data contributory for the management of these subjects.
