Bu bildiri Abdülkadir Özbek Psikodrama Enstitüsü Psikodrama Grup Psikoterapisi Eğitiminin “Kronik şizofreni hastalarında psikodramayla sosyal işlevselliğin artırılması” başlıklı bitirme tezi için oluşturulan bir grup psikoterapisi uygulamasından yola çıkarak hazırlanmıştır. Uygulamaya 14 şizofreni hastası katılmıştır. On dört oturumluk grup uygulamasında hastaların sosyal işlevselliklerinde artma ve depresif belirtilerinde azalma beklenmiştir. Sosyal İşlevsellik Ölçeği (SİÖ) ve Calgary Şizofrenide Depresyon Ölçeği (CŞDÖ) ön test-son test uygulaması yapılmış ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular ve tartışma bölümünde hastaların grup uygulamaları sırasındaki yaşantıları psikodrama kuramları üzerinden değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.

This study is an open group psychotherapy application, which was set to complete the psychodrama-training dissertation. Fourteen patients with schizophrenia were involved in the therapy group, which was consisted of 14 sessions. From the group process, it was expected to maintain an increase in social functionality and a decrease in depressive symptoms of the subjects. The Social Functioning Scale and Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia pretest-posttest was applied and results were evaluated.
