Burada bahis konusu olan 9 yaşındaki kız çocuğunun hastalığının başından bugüne kadar gösterdiği klinik arazlar, kronik ve ilerleyici, hiperkinetik bir subakut leukoansefalit vak'asiyle karşılaşıldığı intibaını vermiştir. Klinik belirtiler ve seyir, elektro - ansefalografik, histopatolojik ve biyolojik bulguların hepsi bunu tamamen teyit edecek derecede spesifik bulunmaktadır. Bu leucoansefalit vak'asımn histopatolojik tipinin daha ziyade L. van Bogaert'ın tarif ettiğine benzer olduğu kanaati hasıl olmuştur.

In this paper, the authors present the case of a f [year]s old girl. The clinical symptoms she presents, since the beginning of the illness until now, give the impression of a progressive, hyperkinetic subacute leucoencephalitis. The clinical symptoms and evolution of the illness, the electroencephalographic, histopathologic and biologic findings confirm this diagnostic. The histopathological findings gives us the impression that this case is a leucoencephalitis L. van Bogaert's type.
