Anoreksiya Nervoza (AN) ergenleri ve genç erişkin kadınları etkileyen bir hastalıktır. Diğer psikiyatrik hastalıklara göre prevalansı düşük olsa da mortalitesi tıbbi komplikasyonları nedeniyle yüksektir. Tedavi başlangıçta kilonun geri kazanılmasını hedefler; bilişsel-davranışçı, dinamik ve aile terapileri etkindir ve erken başlanması prognoz açısından önemlidir

Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is a disorder which affects adolescent and young adult women. Athough its prevalance is lower than other psychiatric disorders, its mortality is not because of its medical complications. The starting of the treatment targets to regain lost weights; cognitive-behaviour, dynamic and family therapies are effective; and as early as the treatment begins, as good as the outcome is.
