Ancak yardımcı sağlık personeli yönünden çok sıkmtı çeken bizim gibi ülkelerde sosyal uzmanın gerek yetişme süresini daha iyi hesaplamak gerek onlara ek hizmetler de vermek ekonomik bir yoldur. Sosyal Hizmet kolejlerini arttırmak ve burada sağlık hemşireliği de öğretmek belki tavsiye olunabilecek bir yoldur.

The first social work college were chartered at Ankara in 1943 and 1961. The writer explains that social work is necessary in psychiatry in order to understand a psychotic patient according to a dynamic point of view. But medical nursing should also be taught to social workers, because of Turkey's difficulties in personal and economics.
