Bu yazıda, Psikosomatik tıb yönünden, hastalıklan açıklıyan görüşler incelenmiş ve psişik etyolojileri belirli olan hastalıkların sistemlere göre tasnifine çalışılmıştır.

Since Hippocrates, the psychic and the somatic aspects of the diseases have drawn attention and theories postulated for this point of view. In XIX. century the mechanistic era had been established by the studies of Morgagni and Wirchow. Cannon's «Emergency Adjustment and Homeostasis», Pavlov's «Conditional Reflex», Speransky's «Neurinal Dystrophy», Selye's «General Adaptation Syndrome», Cybernetics, Neurosecretions theory, Dunbar's and Alexander's «physiologic Conversion», A. Meyer's «Psychobiology», Bykov's «analytic-reflexology» etc. such psychopathologic thoughts have built psychosomatic medicine.
In the second part of the article, the classification of the psychosomatic diseases, according in wich system the disease is seen, took place: (In this classification which has been made by the help of various authors, speculation and detail has been made as short as possible).
The Cardiovascular System : Cardiac neuroses, Neurocirculatory Asthenia, Low Blood Pressure, Coronary Occlusion, Raynaud's Syndrome, Syncobe, Exhaustions, Unexpained Death.
The Gastrointestinal System : Nervous Dyspepsie, Nervous Vomiting, Peptic Ulcer, Constipation, Mucous Colitis, Ulcerative Colitis.
The Respiratory System: Hypervantilations Syndrome, Bron­chial Asthma, Pulmonery Tuberculose, Pneumony.
Endocrine System and Metabolism ; Thyreotoxicosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Anorexia Nervosa, Obesity.
The Genitourinary System : Amenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea, Fri­gidity, Impotance .sexually, polyuria, glycosuria, Enterorenal Synd­rome.
The Locomotore System : Chronic Arthritis, Torticolyse, Dermatomyositis, Accidan.
Skin Disorders; Angioneurotic oedema, Pruritis, Hyperhydrosis, Neurodermatitis, Pelade, Seborrhee, Urticaria, Psoriasis.
Disorders of the Eye : Concomitant convergent, Orgolet and Tarsal Cyst, Glaucome.
The Centrale Nervous System ; Insomnia, Headache, Migraine, Hysterical Corrvertion, Epilepsy and cerebrovasculaire diseases, Reactive Psychose.
