In this study, Rorschach Test is applied to an eleven [year]s old boy who is suffering from obsessional neurosis. Although the number of responses are nota lot, the richness of content indicates plentifulness of unconscious processes. He has the capacity to reflect his subjective inner world by means of Rorschach Test. The inquiry of the test completes the responses and thus displays his inner world. Mentalization processess, rumination and hesitation in verbalization, maternal and paternal identification, early object relations, affective world, libidinal and agressive impulses are evaluated according to French School and the defence mechanisms such as repression, entellectualization, inhibition and undoing which are used to cope with them are described. Although phallus is seems to be maternal, in fact, the whole problem is assembled around the father who is symbolized as engulfing, devouring and destructive. Besides, neutralization of latent homosexuality is a problem to be challenged.
