In this study Rorschach Test is applied to an adult who is suffering from vitiligo since adolescence. When the test is considered as a whole the number of responses are not a lot and the content is limited with repetitions. The patient is unsufficient in reflecting her unconscious processes and as a result of operatory thinking, preconscious processes don't function properly. Because of the poor mentalization capacity, the patient's phantasmatic world is also limited. The Rorschach findings are evaluated according to French School and conflict with archaic object relations is emphasized.
