Yazıda bir İlköğretim Okulu’nda matematik öğretmeni olarak görev yapan 38 yaşında bir erkek olgu (A) sunuldu. Olay sabahı okuldaki çalışma arkadaşları erkek Müdür Yardımcısı (B)'yi, bayan öğretmenler (C) ve (D)’yi tabanca ile öldüren olgunun muayenesinde “Paranoid Psikoz” hastalığının bulunduğu anlaşıldı. İncelemede A'nın olaydan 5 ay önce bir Devlet Hastanesi’nin Psikiyatri Servisi’nde “Psikoz” tanısı ile 11 gün yatırılarak tedavi edildiği, daha sonra muayene kaydı ile 60 günlük istirahat raporu verildiği öğrenildi. Rapor süresi bitiminde kontrol muayenesine gitmeden okulda çalışmaya başlayan olgunun, 3 ay sonra hezeyanlarının yöneldiği çalışma arkadaşı 3 öğretmeni, okulda hastalığının belirtisi ve ifadesi sonucu olarak öldürdüğü belirlendi.
Yazıda bu olgunun sunumu ile öğretmen, polis, asker, sağlık çalışanı gibi öğrenciler, meslektaşları ve toplum ile birebir ilişki içerisinde olan meslek çalışanlarının düzenli aralarla, özellikle psikiyatrik kontrollerden geçirilmesinin, “Psikoz” gibi ciddi hastalık tanısı konanların takip ve tedavisinin titizlikle yapılmasının, tam bir iyileşme sağlanamadığı takdirde bu kişilere kesinlikle işbaşı yaptırılmamasının gerekliliği ve önemi konusuna dikkat çekilmesi amaçlandı.

In this paper, a case 38- [year]-old teacher (A) in a primary school was presented. After he had killed his three colleague, one of them is a male asistant of school manager (B), the others are female teachers (C and D), by handgun in the school, he was captured. Examination findings showed out that he was “Paranoid Psychosis” patient. It was learned that he had been treated in a Psychiatry Clinic of a State Hospital for eleven days with the diagnosis of “Psychosis”, than had been discharged from hospital by giving a repose report for 60 days. It was revealed that after he used this report, he started to work without control examination. Than, he killed his three colleague because of his persecutions, as a result of his psychiatrical disease's symptom and result, after three [month]s.
Aim of this study is to draw attention that regular psychiatric examination of the policeman, teacher, military person, medical staff etc., who are working in a close relation with students, colleague and community, must be performed and if a severe disease such as “Psychosis” is determined, treatment course must be followed religiously and the person must not start to work if an exact cure of disease is not provided.
