Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin aile ortamında karşılaştıkları stres kaynaklarının ve başa çıkma tarzlarının bazı sosyodemografik değişkenlerle ilişkisini araştırmaktır. çalışmaya 222 öğrenci katılmıştır. Çalışmada Stresle Başa Çıkma Tarzları ve Gençlik Dönemindeki Aile Sorunlarını Değerlendirme Ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta, yaşla, aile yapısıyla ve cinsiyetle ekonomik sorunlar arasında ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Baba eğitimi yalnızca ekonomik sorunlar aile boyutu puanlarıyla ilişkili iken, anne eğitimi, stres, sosyal etkinliklerle kısıtlılık ve ilişkilerde duyarsızlık-tutarsızlık puanlarıyla da ilişkilidir. Ailesiyle birlikte yaşayan öğrencilerin stres puanları daha düşük, duyarsızlık-tutarsızlık ve ev ortamında düzensizlik puanları daha yüksektir. Sonuçlar, ilgili kaynaklar ışığında tartışılmıştır.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of family enviroment stressors and hoping styles with some sosciodemographic variables among university students. The sample consisted of 222 students the Coping Styles and Family Problems of Young Adulthood Evaluation Scales were used. As a result, there was a relation between age, family type, gender and financial problems. The education levels of the fathers were associated with the scores "financial problems" subscale, whereas the education levels of the mothers were associated with the scores of stress. "Limited social activity and insensivity-inconsistency in relations" subscales. The students who lived with their families had lower stress scores, but higher scores of "insensivity-inconsistency" and "disorder inthe house" subscales. Results were discussed along with relevant literature.
