Obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun (OKB) ilaç tedavisinde son yirmi yılda serotonin gerialım inhibitörlerinin (SGİ) kullanımı ile ilgili önemli gelişmeler olmasına rağmen, OKB’li hastaların önemli bir kısmı ilaç tedavisine yanıt vermemekte veya kısmi yanıt vermektedir. Bundan dolayı OKB hastalarında ilaç tedavisine yanıtla ilişkili etkenleri inceleyen çalı şmalar giderek artmaktadır. Ancak ilaç tedavisine yanıt ile ilişkili özellikler hakkında hâlâ bir görüş birliği oluşmamıştır. Bu derleme yazısında OKB’de ilaç tedavisine yanıtla ilişkili sosyodemograŞk, klinik ve biyolojik etkenler gözden geçirilmiştir.

In the last two decades, although pharmacotherapy of obsessivecompulsive disorder (OCD) has made notable advance with the use of serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs), a considerable proportion of patients with OCD remain as non-responders or partially responders. For this reason, the studies evaluating the clinical and biological factors associated with the positive response to pharmacotherapy in OCD patients have increased. To date consensus regarding the factors associated positive response to pharmacotherapy has not yet been reached. In our article, sociodemographic, clinical and biological factors associated with response to pharmacotherapy in OCD are reviewed.
