Genç Hastalar ve Kimlik Bocalaması

Kimlik bocalaması betimleyici bir tanı değildir, ama çözümleyici bir tanıdır. Genç hastalarda kimlik bocalamasının tanınmaması, tedavinin sadece görünürdeki belirtilere dayanarak konulmuş bir klinik tanıya yöneltilmesine yol açar. Bu ise, hastaların derinde yatan sorunlarının anlaşılmaması ve onlara terapide gerektiği biçimde yardımcı olunaması anlamına gelir. Bu yazıda kimlik bocalamasının kuramsal temelleri araştırılmakta, nasıl tanınabileceği ve ölçülebileceği konularına değinilmektedir.
