“Couple suicide” is an act depending on a mutual pact between two people to kill themselves at the same time, usually in the same place. There are only two cases of adolescent couple suicide which have been published up to date. Even if it is a rare condition the reasons and analyses of adolescent suicidal pact is very crucial from the point of mental health care. In this article, the dynamics of adolescent couple suicide are reviewed on four vignettes treated by the authors separately; compared to the former studies and common features are stressed.
