Bu çalışmada, Ankara’da değişik gelir düzeylerini örneklediği düşünülen üç lisede uygulanan Yeme Tutumu Testi sonuçları gözden geçirilmiştir. Üç okulda, yaşları 16-19 arasında değişen (ortalama 17.73) toplam 206 kız, 155 erkek öğrenciye test verilmiştir. Yeme Tutumu Testi'nin kesim noktası olan 30’un üzerinde puan alanlar, kızlarda ortalama % 9.9, erkeklerde %1.34 kişidir. Kızların ortalama puanları karşılaştırıldığında, üst gelir düzeyini örneklediği düşünülen grupta alınan Yeme Tutumu Test sonuçları, diğer gruplardan istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde düşük bulunmuştur.

In this study, the results of Eating Attitudes Test (EAT), given to the students of 3 high schools, which were thought to represent 3 different socio- economic groups were rewiewed. The test was given to 206 female and155 male students, ages between 16-19 [year]s (mean 17.73). The percentages of the students who scored above the cut-off point (which is 30). was 9.9 % and 1.34 % for females and males respectively. The avarage score of females was higher than the avarage score of males, and the difference was statistically significant. When the scores of the students from different schools were compared, it was found that the scores of the students which represented the higher socio-economic group were significantly lower than the other students
