Literatürde Behçet Hastalığı ve psikotik bozukluk birlikteliğine işaret eden az sayıda çalışma vardır. Bu iki hastalığın birlikte ailesel geçiş göstermesi ise oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. Bu yazıda psiko­tik bozukluk tablosuyla müracaat eden ve eş zamanlı nörolojik tutulumlu Behçet Hastalığı tanısı konan, aynı zamanda aile öyküsünde her iki hastalığın bulunduğu genç bir bayan hasta tartışılmaktadır.

There are a few reports in the literature indicating concurrent presentation of Behcet's disease and psychotic disorders. Concurrent familial transmission of these two disorders is a quite rare condition as well. In this report, a young female patient who presented with psychotic disorder accompanied by newly diagnosed Neuro-Behcet's disease, and had a family history of both diseases was discussed.
