The clinical picture and course of a case of Milkman's Syndrome has been described. The Milkman's Syndrome has been defined as the osteopathy of malnutrition, and the pathogenesis of the case presented has been explained in terms of deficient nutrition, the causes of deficient nutrition in the patient's history have been emphasized.
