Fiziksel ve psikolojik zarar gören, istismara uğrayan çocukların, hayatlarının geri kalan kısımlarında da istismar ve şiddet yer almaktadır. Çocukların suçluluk eğilimleri ve kendini savunma pozisyonu sonucunda gelişen agresif davranışları bu durumla ilişkilidir. Hayvanlarda ve insanlarda doğuştan var olan saldırganlık, insanda değişik biçimlere bürünebilir. Başlangıçta, içinden gelen saldırganlığı bütün çıplaklığı ve yalınlığıyla dışa vuran çocuk, zamanla öfkesini ve saldırgan davranışlarını engellemeyi öğrenir. Ancak bu süreçte, çocuğun aile ortamı ile okul ve arkadaş çevresi önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Çocuk suçluluğunda çocuk polisi en önemli konulardan biridir.
Bu çalışmada konunun önemini ve ciddiyetini vurgulayarak, bu konudaki eksiklikleri göstermek ve ilgili çevrelerin dikkatini çekmek amaçlanmıştır.

Children who are victims of abuse suffer physical and psychological damage, both when the abuse takes place and later in life. Evidence supports a link between the abuse of young children and their subsequent violent and aggressive behavior as juvenile delinquents and status offenders. The aggressiveness, which the animals and human beings naturally possess, can be in different forms with human beings. The child learns to stop his or her anger and aggressive behaviour in time, while initially he or she exhibits these attitudes with all of its bareness. However, the family environment and school and friend circle of the child has a significant effects. The child polise is one of the most important factor in juvenile delinquency
This study is planned, to underline the seriousness and importance of the law, to clarify deficiencies of the law and to take attention of related people.
