140 Lomber Disk Herni Olgusunda Kesin Yatak Istirahati ile Tedavi

Klinik ve CT ile lomber disk herni tanısı konan 140 olguya analjezik verilmeden 3 hafta yatak istirahati yaptırıldı. Olgulardan 121 tanesi normal yaşamına döndü. Kalan 19 olguya cerrahi tedavi uygulandı.

Result of Bed Rest on 140 cases of Lombar Disc Hernia

140 cases, whose diagnosis (Lombar disc hernia) was based on clinic and CT, by lying rested for three weeks without taking any analgesic drug. As a result, 121 cases recovered and returned their normal lives. In 19 remaining cases, surgical therapy was made
