Soleus H-refleksi ve monosinaptik gerileme refleksinin sakral kord gecikme zamanı

Bir monosinaptik gerilme refleksi olarak Soleus-H-Refleksinin sakral kord gecikme zamanı değişik üç yöntemle 30 normal erişkin kişide incelenmiştir.
1-Fossa poplitea'dan posterior tibial sinirin elektriksel uyanını ve lomber epidural intervertebral (İV) aralıktan kayıtlama yapılmıştır. Bu yolla; dorsal köklerden afferenet ve Ventral köklerden monosinaptik olarak uyarılmış efferent aksiyon potansiyelleri yazdınlmıştır. Ventral ve Dorsal köklerin negatif tepe latanslan arasındaki zaman intervalinden yararlanarak sakral kord gecikmesi ortalama 1.3 msn bulunmuştur.
2. Soleus-H-Refleksi dolanım arkındaki afferent ve efferent iletim zamanlarından yararlanarak bu değer 2.0 msn saptanmıştır.
3. Epidural-lomber uyaranlarla Soleus kasından elde edilen H ve M yanıtlanna farkından yararlanak., gecikme zamanı ortalama 2.4 msn bulunmuştur.
Bu bulgular Soleus-H-Refleksinin ağırlıklı olarak monosinaptik olduğunu göstermiş ve sakral korddaki sinaptik aşınmında insanda yaklaşık 0.4 msn olabileceği ileri sürülmüştür.
Sacral cord conduction delay of the soleus - H- reflex and monosynaptic stretch reflex
As the monosynaptic stretch reflex, the Soleus-H-Reflex and the delay of the reflex was investigated by 3 various methods in 30 normal adult subjects:
1. Posterior tibial nerve at the popliteal fossa was stimulated by graded electrical shocks and the recordings was made from the different lumbar epidural intervertebral levels. The compound nerve root potentials were recorded from the afferent dorsal roots and reflexively evoked ventral root potentials were also registered at the same time. The time intervals in between the negative peaks of the ventral and dorsal potentials provided to calculate the approximate sacral cord reflex delay time., which was found to be 1.3 msec m mean.
2. The delay was found about 2.0 msec by using the time conductions of the afferent and efferent limbs and the total reflex time of the Soleus-H -response.
3. By stimulation of the lumbosacral roots at the epidural levels and by using the difference in between Soleus-H and M responce latencies sacral cord reflex delay was determined 2.4 msec.
These findings indicated that the Soleus-H-Reflex is exclusively monosynaptic and it was proposed that the synaptic transmission at the sacral cord should be about 0.4 msec in mean.
