Enuresis Nokturna'da Farklı Üç Tedavinin Etkinliklerinin Karşılaştırılması

İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Psikiyatrisi Polikliniğine başvuran 5-14 yaşları arasındaki çocuklardan enuresis nokturna tanısı alanlarda, bu tanıya yönelik organik tetkikler yapıldıktan sonra normal zeka düzeyinde olan ve herhangi bir organik patoloji saptanmayan 29 çocuk seçkisiz yolla 3 gruba aynlarak araştırmaya alındı. Birinci grup İmipramin, ikinci grup Klomipramin, üçüncü grup alarm aleti ile tedavi edildi. İstatistiksel olarak en etkin tedavinin İmipramin olduğu bulundu

Comparison Of The Effectiveness Of Three Different Treatment Modalities In Enuresis Noctuma

29 enuretic children between 5-14 [year]s of age from outpatient unit of Child Psychiatry, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups. IQ levels were in normal limits and organic tests didn't reveal any pathology in all of the patients. The first group was treated with imipramin, the second one with Clomipramin and the third one with alarm device. Statistically the most effective t reatment was found to be the administeration of imipramin.
