Serum CPK Düzeyleri Saptanan Şizofreni Tanısı Alan Hastalarda Negatif ve Pozitif Belirtilerin Değerlendirilmesi

Şizofrenide pozitif ve negatif belirtilerin tanımlanmasında yöntemsel güçlükler halen aşılamamıştır. Pozitif belirtilerin tanımlama kolaylığına karşın negatif belirtilerin tartışmalı olması bu araştırmanın çıkış noktasını oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmada şizofreni tanısı almış , serum CPK düzeyi yüksek (grup I, n: 34) ve normal (grup II, n: 28) bulunan 62 hastanın Andreasen'in pozitif belirtileri değerlendirme ölçeği (PBDÖ =SAPS) ve negatif belirtileri değerlendirme ölçeğinden (NBDÖ= SANS) almış olduğu puanlar değerlendirilmiştir. Tek tek her alt başlığın global değerlendirilmesi ve kapsadığı maddelerin işlerliği Kolmogorov-Simirnov yöntemiyle test edilmiştir. Grup I ve grup Il'nin birbirinden ayrılmasını sağlayan ve farklı puan ortalaması gösteren değişkenler, pozitif belirtilerin halusinasyonlar, sanrılar, bizar davranış ve formal düşünce bozukluğu, negatif belirtilerden ise apati ve asosyalite olarak belirlenmiştir. Negatif belirtilerden affektif küntlük, düşünce fakirleşmesi ve dikkat bozukluğunun her iki grupta farklı dağılım göstermediği saptanmıştır.
The Evaluation Of Negative And Positive Symptoms of The Patients Diagnosed With Schizophrenia and Serum CPK Level Determinations
The methodical difficulties haven't been solved in the determination of positive and negative symptoms in schizophrenia yet. The discussion on negative symptoms in spite of the easiness of identifying positive symptoms has formed the starting point for this study. In this study, 62 patients with schizophrenia diagnosis and high serum CPK levels (Group I, n: 34) and normal serum CPK levels (Group II, n: 28) have been evaluated in respect of the scores they have received from the Andreasen's assessment scale of positive symptoms (SAPS) and from the assessment scale of negative symptoms (SANS). The global evaluation of each subtitle and the validity of the items contained has been tested by Kolmogorov-Simirnow method. The variables with different scale averages separating the first and the second group have been determined as hallucinations, illusions, bizzare behavior and formal thought disorders for the positive symptoms, and apathy and asociality for the negative symptoms. Blunted affect, thought poverty and attention disorder out of negative symptoms did not show different distribution in both groups.
