Şizofreniklerde Uygunsuz Duygulanım ve Konuşma İçeriğinin Fakirliğinin Negatif Belirtilerle İlişkisi

Negatif Belirtileri Değerlendirme Ölçeği (NBDÖ) kendi alanında kullanılan ilk ölçektir. Uygunsuz duygulanım ve konuşma içeriğinin fakirliği farklı tanımlanna rağmen bu ölçekte negatif belirti olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. DSM-III-R tanı kriterlerine göre kronik şizofreni tanısı almış 51 hastalık bir grupta bu maddelerle diğer negatif belirtiler arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırdık. Çalışma; uygunsuz duygulanım ve konuşma içeriğinin fakirliğinin negatif belirti olmadığı ve bu nedenle Negatif Belirti Değerlendirme Ölçeğinde (NBDÖ) yer almasının uygun görünmediği savını desteklemektedir.
The Correlationo of Inappropriate Affect and Poverty of Content Of Speech with Negative Symptoms In Schizophrenic Patients
The scale for the assesment of negative symptoms (SANS) was the first instrument developed in order to assess the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Inappropriate affect and poverty of content of speech are classified as negative symptoms in SANS despite their different definitions. We have investigated the correlation between these items and other negative symptoms in a sample of 51 DSM-III-R chronic schizophrenic patients. This study supports the hypothesis that inappropriate affect and poverty of content of speech should be distinguished from negative symptoms and there fore they should not be assessed in the Scale for the Assesment of Negative Symptoms (SANS)
