Bu çalışmanın amacı psikologların depresif belirti, tükenmişlik ve iş doyum düzeylerinin incelenmesi ve psikologlardaki tükenmişliğin yordayıcılarının belirlenmesidir. Kamu kurumlarında veya özel kurumlarda görev alan toplam 349 (290 kadın, 59 erkek) psikoloğa ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcılara dair sosyodemografik bilgiler Demografik Bilgi Formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma değişkenlerinin ölçümleri için Beck Depresyon Envanteri, Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve İş Doyumu Ölçeği’nden oluşan anket seti katılımcılara çevrimiçi şekilde sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda yürütülen analizler, psikologların depresif belirti ile tükenmişlik seviyeleri arasında pozitif, depresif belirti ile iş doyumu seviyeleri ve tükenmişlik seviyeleri ile iş doyumu seviyeleri arasında ise negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğunu göstermiştir. Aracılık analizi ile depresif belirti ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkide iş doyumunun aracılık rolü üstlendiğine ulaşılmıştır. Ulusal ve uluslararası alanyazında psikologlara dair yapılan çalışmalarda genellikle terapötik bağlama dair değişkenler dikkat çekmektedir. Mevcut araştırma ile psikologların psikolojik sağlıklarına ilişkin değişkenler ile iş doyumları incelenmiştir. Bu anlamda alanyazına farklı bir yön sunularak, elde edilen bulgular var olan alanyazın kapsamında tartışılmıştır. Gelecekteki çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to examine the depressive symptoms, burnout, and job satisfaction levels of psychologists and to indicate the predictors of burnout. A total of 349 (290 female, 59 male) psychologists working in public or private institutions were reached. Sociodemographic information was collected with the Demographic Information Form. For the measurement of research variables, a questionnaire set consisting of Beck Depression Inventory, Burnout Scale, and Job Satisfaction Scale was presented to the participants online. Analyses, which were carried out for the purposes of the study, showed a positive correlation between the depressive symptom levels and burnout levels of psychologists. Analyses showed a negative relationship between depressive symptom levels and job satisfaction levels, and a negative significant relationship between burnout levels and job satisfaction levels. In addition, it was found that job satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between levels of depressive symptoms and burnout. Studies on psychologists in the national and international literature can often include variables related to the therapeutic context. The present study indicates a correlation between variables related to the psychological health of psychologists and their perceived job satisfaction. In this sense, by presenting a different aspect to the literature, the findings are discussed within the scope of the existing literature. Suggestions for future studies are presented.
