Araştırmanın amacı, akıllı telefon kullanım sıklıkları arttığı için akıllı telefondan uzak kalma korkusunu yoğun bir şekilde yaşayabileceği düşünülen lise öğrencilerinin, okula aidiyet, yalnızlık ve akıllı telefon kullanım süresinin nomofobi üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Kesitsel tipte betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılan araştırmanın örneklemini 274 lise öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Nomofobi Ölçeği, Ucla Yalnızlık Ölçeği Kısa Formu ve Okul Aidiyet Duygusu Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde değişkenler arasındaki ilişki Pearson Korelasyon analizi; bağımsız değişkenlerin, bağımlı değişken üzerindeki etkisi çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular; mesleki eğitim alan lise öğrencilerinin günlük akıllı telefon kullanım sürelerinin ortalama 3,63 saat olduğunu, öğrencilerin orta düzeyde nomofobik davranışlar gösterdiğini, yüksek düzeyde okula bağlılık ve aidiyet gösterdiğini ancak öğrencilerin yalnızlık düzeylerinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğrencilerin ekonomik durumları, okula aidiyet ve bağlılık duygusu ile nomofobinin tüm alt boyutları ve nomofobi düzeyi arasında orta ve zayıf düzeyde negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki olduğu, okula aidiyetin nomofobiyi negatif ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Yalnızlık ve akıllı telefon kullanım süresi ile Nomofobi arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ve yalnızlık ile akıllı telefon kullanım süresinin nomofobiyi pozitif anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda öğrencilerin nomofobi ve yalnızlık düzeylerini düşürmek için okula bağlılıklarını artıracak faaliyetlerin uygulanması önerilmiştir.

The aim of the study is to examine the effect of school belonging, loneliness and smartphone use time on nomophobia of high school students, who are thought to experience the fear of being away from smartphones intensely due to the increase in the frequency of smartphone use. The sample of the study, in which relational survey model, one of the cross-sectional descriptive research methods, was used, consists of 274 high school students. The research data were collected with Personal Information Form, Nomophobia Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale Short Form and School Sense of Belonging Scale. The relationship between variables in data analysis is Pearson Correlation analysis; The effect of independent variables on the dependent variable was tested with multiple linear regression analysis.The findings obtained in the research; It shows that the average daily smartphone usage time of high school students receiving vocational education is 3.63 hours, students show moderate nomophobic behaviors, high levels of school commitment and belonging, but students have high levels of loneliness. It has been determined that there is a moderate and weak negative significant relationship between students' economic status, sense of belonging and commitment to school, all sub-dimensions of nomophobia and the level of nomophobia, and that school belonging affects nomophobia negatively and significantly. It has been determined that there is a significant positive relationship between loneliness and smartphone usage time and Nomophobia, and that loneliness and smartphone usage time positively affect nomophobia. In line with these results, it is recommended to implement activities that will increase students' commitment to school in order to reduce their nomophobia and loneliness levels
