Projektif Testlerde Narsisistik Söylemin Fiiller Üzerinden Analizi

Bu çalışmada Narsisistik Kişilik Bozukluğu tanısı almış hastaların nesne ilişkilerini söylemde nasıl inşa ve icra ettiklerini anlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Narsisistik Kişilik Bozukluğu tanısı almış hastaların söylemi, psikanalitik kuram çerçevesinde, konuşma-da kullandığı fiiller üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Psikiyatri servisine başvurmuş ve Narsisistik Kişilik Bozukluğu tanısı almış 7 gönüllü katılımcıya Tematik Algı Testi uygulanmıştır. Buradaki yanıtlar mikro söylem analizine ve Fransız Okulu'nun içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada katılımcıların, yanıtlarda kullandığı fiillerin yapısını değiştirerek negatif duygulanım içeren durum veya olaylarla arasına mesafe koyduğu, fiillerin çatılarını değiştirerek eylemin negatif yükünü nesneye yansıttığı, fiillerin aldığı kişi eklerini kullanarak kendi tümgüçlü düşlemlerini söylemde inşa ettiği ve son olarak fiilleri isimleştirerek eylemi, eylemsiz kıldığı bulgulanmıştır.
