Somatoform Bozukluklar: Etyolojik ve Psikopatolojik Açıklamalar

Genel tıp ve psikiyatri uygulamalarında en sık karşılaşılan hastalık gruplarından biri olan somatoform bozuklukların DSM ve ICD tanı sistemlerinde sınıflandırma sorunları henüz sonuçlanmış değildir. Somatoform bozuklukların etyolojisi çok etkenli, aynı zamanda karmaşıktır. Çeşitli somatizasyon görüngülerini açıklayabilen tek bir kuram yoktur. Semptomların sayısı ve şiddeti, psikopatolojinin doğası bireyden bireye farklılık göstermektedir. Bu bozukluklar için öne sürülen kuramlar burada kısaca özetlenecektir.
