Araştırmanın amacı, anne babası boşanmış 12-14 yaş aralığında ortaokul öğrencileri ve onların velayeti üstlenmiş anneleri için geliştirilen boşanmaya uyum programlarının etkililiğini incelemektir. Araştırmada ön-test, son-test, izleme kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 16 çocuk ve 16 anne toplam 32 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada velayeti üstlenmiş anneler ile çocuklarına, çocuklar için ve yetişkinler için boşanmaya uyum programları eş zamanlı olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, Çocuk Boşanmaya Uyum Ölçeği-Okul Formu, Yetişkin Boşanmaya Uyum Ölçeği, Çocuklar İçin Boşanmaya Uyum Ölçeği (ÇBUÖ), Yetişkin Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği, Çocuk ve Genç Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği (ÇGPSÖ-12), Aile Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği (AYDÖ) kullanılmıştır. Çocuk Programı Değerlendirme Formu ve Yetişkin Programı Değerlendirme Formu ile programa ilişkin görüşler toplanmıştır. Uyum programlarının etkisini belirlemek amacıyla Mann Whitney U Testi ve Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Program değerlendirme formlarından elde edilen verilerin özetlenmesi ve yorumlanmasında betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çocuk ve yetişkin boşanma uyum programlarının çocukların ve annelerinin boşanmaya uyum, psikolojik sağlamlık ve aile yaşam doyumlarının artırılmasında etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The aim of the study is to examine the effectiveness of divorce adjustment programs developed for mid-school students aged 12-14 whose parents are divorced and whose mothers has custody. In the research, a quasiexperimental design with pre-test, post-test, follow-up control group was used. The study group of the research consists of 32 participants, 16 of whom are children and 16 of whom are mothers. In addition, two simultaneous divorce adjustment programs were applied to the mothers who undertook custody and their children. In the study, Child Divorce Adjustment Scale-School Form (CDAS-SF), Adult Divorce Adjustment Scale (ADAS), The Children’s Divorce Adjustment Inventory (CDAI), Adult Psychological Resilience Scale (APRS), Child and Youth Psychological Resilience Scale (CYPRS), Life Family Satisfaction Scale (LFSS) were used. The Children's Program Evaluation Form and the Adult Program Evaluation Form were collected in the program categories. Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test were used to determine the effect of adaptation programs. Descriptive analysis technique was used to summarize and interpret the data obtained from the program evaluation forms. As a result of the research, it has been determined that child divorce adjustment and adult divorce adjustment programs are effective in increasing the adaptation to divorce, psychological resilience, and family life satisfaction of children and their mothers.
