Psikotik belirtiler gösteren travma sonrası olguların tanı ve tedavisindeki güçlükleri tartışan az sayıda çalışma vardır. Bu yazıda, uzun süreli katastroflk travmatik yaşantısı olan, yaklaşık 2.5 yıl izlenen bir olgu sunuldu. İzleme süresince tanı ve tedavi güçlükleri tartışıldı.

Atypical Psychopathological Phenomena After Trauma

There are few studies indicating the difficulties about the diagnosis and the treatment of post-traumatic cases with apparent psychotic manifestations. In this paper, we will present a case having prolonged and repetetive traumatic experiences, whom we couldn't calasify within the classify diagnostic categories and have followed-up for two and a " half [year]s.
