Psikoterapötik bir formülasyon için gerekli bilgilerin elde edilmesinin en güçlü yönlerinden biri danışanın anamnezinin alınmasıdır. Anamnezin alınması, psikoterapi oturumlarının planlanması aşamasında danışan ile pozitif transferansın, terapötik ittifakın ve kontratın gerçekleşmesinde kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada amaç anamnez görüşmesinin yazıya dökülmemiş kurallarının resmedildiği bir yol haritası oluşturmak ve böylece hem danışanlarının hem de (aday) psikoterapistlerin sürece başlayışını kolaylaştırmaktır. Özetlemek gerekirse bu çalışmada anamnez alma yöntemi, anamnezdeki soru türleri, ön görüşmede kullanılabilecek ölçme araçları, anamnez almanın avantajları ve dezavantajları ile psikoterapi oturumuna geçiş sürecine yer verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak dinamik yönelimli kuramların anamnez olarak ifade ettiği, diğer bazı kuramların da zaman zaman ön görüşme şeklinde isimlendirdiği bu tür çalışmaların psikoterapi oturumuna geçiş aşamasında formülasyon oluşturulmasına ve danışanın direncinin kırılmasına önemli katkılar sağladığı düşünülmektedir.

One of the strongest aspects of obtaining the essential information for a therapeutic formulation is taking the anamnesis of the client. Taking the anamnesis has a pivotal role in establishing positive transference, therapeutic alliance, and contract with the client during the planning of therapy sessions. Therefore, this study aimed to create a roadmap illustrating the unwritten rules of the anamnesis interview and accordingly facilitate the initiation of the process for both clients and (candidate) therapists. To summarize, in this study, the anamnesis method, question types in the anamnesis, measurement tools that can be used in the first interview, advantages and disadvantages of taking anamnesis and the transition process to psychotherapy session were explained. As a result, it was concluded that such studies, which are referred as anamnesis by dynamically oriented theories or sometimes called as the first interview by other theories, make significant contributions to the case formulation and help breaking the resistance of the client during the transition to the psychotherapy sessions.
