İnsan, evrimsel yolculuk sürecinde kendiyle beraber canlı ve cansız birçok yapının evrimleşmesine de aracılık etmiştir. Tarih öncesi çağlarda başlayan bu süreç insanın keşif ve merak güdüsüyle inanç, felsefe ve bilim sistemleri geliştir- mesine sebep olmuş ve kendisiyle birlikte sistemlerin de evrimleşmesiyle sonuçlanmıştır. Sürece doğa felsefesi olarak başlayan fizik zamanla felsefenin düşünsel yapısından ayrışarak bir bilim dalı halini almıştır. Günümüzde ise fizik de- neysel bulgu sonuçlarıyla tüm düşünce sistemlerini etkileyen ve yön veren konuma gelmiştir. Psikoterapi kuramları da fizik biliminin etki ettiği disiplinler arasında yer almaktadır. Bu sebeple fizik biliminin evrimsel sürecinin bilinmesi evrenin olduğu kadar insanın çözümlenmesi içinde önemlidir. Bu çalışmada tarih öncesi çağdan başlayarak fizik biliminin evrimsel süreci ele alınmış ve fiziğin, psikoterapi kuramlarının oluşum ve gelişim süreçlerindeki etkileri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu manada fizik bilimindeki gelişmelerin düşünce sistemlerine etkileri ile bunun sonucunda ortaya çıkan psikoterapi kuramları ve çağdaş temsilcileri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada disiplinler arası etkileşimlerin ortaya konması amaçlanmış ve özellikle kuantum fiziğindeki gelişimlerin aktarılmasıyla psikoterapi kuramlarına yeni bakış açıları ve farklı boyutlar kazandırılması hedeflenmiştir.

During the evolutionary journey, man also mediated the evolution of many living and non-living structures along with himself. This process, which started in prehistoric times, caused humans to develop belief, philosophy and science systems with the instinct of discovery and curiosity, and resulted in the evolution of systems along with it. Physics, which started the process as a philosophy of nature, became a branch of science by separating from the intellectual structure of philosophy over time. Today, physics has come to a position that affects and directs all thought systems with the results of experimental findings. Psychotherapy theories are also among the disciplines influenced by physical science. For this reason, knowing the evolutionary process of physical science is important for the analysis of the universe as well as the human being. In this study, the evolutionary process of physical science starting from the prehistoric age has been discussed and the effects of physics on the formation and development of psychotherapy theories have been tried to be revealed. In this sense, the effects of developments in physical science on thought systems and the resulting psychotherapy theories and their contemporary representatives have been evaluated. In the study, it was aimed to reveal the interdisciplinary interactions and it was aimed to bring new perspectives and different dimensions to psychotherapy theories, especially by transferring the developments in quantum physics.
