Bu çalışmanın amacı sanat terapisi odaklı grupla psikolojik danışmanın ergenlerin problem çözme becerilerine güveni üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışmada nicel yaklaşımın deneysel modellerinden yarı deneysel kontrol gruplu ön test– son test modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 8’i kontrol, 8’i deney grubu olmak üzere toplam 16 (erkek: 10, kız:6) ortaokul öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada İlköğretim Düzeyindeki Çocuklar için Problem Çöz- me Envanteri deney ve kontrol gruplarına uygulama öncesi ve sonrası ön test/son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Sanat terapisi odaklı grupla psikolojik danışma programı toplam 10 oturumdan oluşan bir program olup deney grubuna yak- laşık 5 hafta boyunca haftada 2 kez 90 dakikalık oturumlar şeklinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda deney grubunun problem çözme beceri puanlarının son ölçümde kontrol grubundan daha yüksek olduğu görülmüş olup problem çözme becerisine özgüven alt boyutu sıra ortalamaları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı fark görülmüştür (U=13,000, p=,045 p<.05). Benzer şekilde deney grubunun ön test/son test puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (z= -2,527, p= ,012, p < .05). Sonuç olarak nicel bulgular deney grubundaki katılımcıların İlköğretim Düzeyindeki Çocuklar için Problem Çözme Envanteri ön test ve son test puanları arasında son test lehine anlamlı bir farklılık olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca bulgular, deney ve kontrol grupları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğunu göstermiş- tir. Başka bir deyişle, sanat terapisi odaklı grupla psikolojik danışmanın ergenlerin problem çözme becerilerine yönelik özgüveni arttırmada etkili olduğu ifade edilebilir.

The aim of this study is examine the effect of psychological counseling with the group focused on art therapy on the trust of adolescents problem solving skills.. In this study, a full pattern-controlled group test–posttest model from the quantitative placement frontal model was used. A total of 16 (boys: 10, girls: 6) secondary school enterprises, 8 of which were in the control group and 8 in the education group, of the study groups. Problem Solving Inventory for Elementary Level Children as a pre-test/post-test in practice. Group training session with art therapy weekday exercises with a schedule of 10 exercises, you complete 90 about 2 times over 5 years. According to the fact that the problematic skill scores in the design of the research may have a problem with a high level of control in the last measurement, the mean rank in the sub-dimension is one from the class, 000, p=,045 p.05 p<.05. A similar model group found a significant difference between pretest/posttest scores (z= -2.527, p= .012, p < .05). As a result, the quantitative findings showed that there was a significant different in favor of post test between the pre-test and post-test scores of the Problem Solving Inventory for Primary Education Children of the participants in the expe- rimental group. In addition, the findings showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. In another word, it can be stated that psychological counseling with art therapy focused group is effective in increasing adolescents self-confidence toward problem solving skills.
