Bu araştırmanın amacı, ulusal düzeyde problemli internet kullanımını önlemeye yönelik geliştirilen programları ve bu programların etkililiğini inceleyen araştırmaları sistematik bir şekilde incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu belirlenirken yapılandırılmış bir alanyazın taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alanyazın taraması Ekim 2020 – Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında YÖKTEZ ve ULAKBİM veri tabanlarında yayımlanan araştırma makalelerini ve lisansüstü tezlerini içerecek şekilde Türkçe olarak yapılmıştır. Problemli internet kullanımını önlemeye yönelik uygulanan programlar üzerine yapılan araştırmaları belirleyebilmek için alanyazın taramasında “problemli internet kullanımı”, “internet bağımlılığı”, “önleme” ve “psiko-eğitim” terimleri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan alanyazın taraması sonucunda erişilen araştırmalar dâhil edilme kriterleri göz önünde bulundurarak araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2010-2020 yılları arasında problemli internet kullanımını önlemeye yönelik uygulanan programlarla ilgili 5 araştırma makalesi ve 8 lisansüstü tezi olmak üzere toplamda 13 çalışma oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamındaki makale ve tezlerin incelenmesi sürecinde araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan “Araştırma Değerlendirme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen programlar deneysel model türü, çalışma grubu, yazarların alanları, kuramsal yönelimler, oturum içerikleri ve programların etkililiği açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen programların genel olarak etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca bu programların farklı kuramsal yaklaşımlar ve içeriklerden oluştuğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın sonuçları, alanyazın ışığında tartışılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this research is to systematically examine the programs developed to prevent problematic internet use at the national level and the studies examining the effectiveness of these programs. While determining the study group of the research, a structured literature review was carried out. The literature review was conducted in Turkish between October 2020 - December 2020, including research articles and postgraduate theses published in YÖKTEZ and ULAKBIM databases. The terms "problematic internet use", "internet addiction", "prevention" and "psycho-education" were used in the literature review to identify the researches on programs implemented to prevent problematic internet use. The researches reached as a result of the literature review made up the study group of the research, considering the inclusion criteria. In this context, the working group of the research consists of 13 studies in total, 5 research articles and 8 graduate theses on programs applied to prevent problematic internet use. During the examination of the articles and theses within the scope of the research, the "Research Evaluation Form" prepared by the researchers was used. The programs examined within the scope of the research were examined in terms of the type of experimental model, study group, authors' fields, theoretical orientations, session content and the effectiveness of the programs. It has been observed that the programs examined within the scope of the research are generally effective. In addition, it has been observed that these programs consist of different theoretical approaches and contents. The results of the research were discussed in the light of the literature and suggestions were made
