Madde Kullanımı Risk Profili Ölçeğinin Türkçe Uyarlamasının İleri Psikometrik Özellikleri

Amaç: Madde Kullanımı Risk Profili ölçeği (MKRPÖ) madde kullanımına yatkınlıkla ilişkilendirilen kişilik özelliklerini ölçmek amacı ile
geliştirilmiş; anksiyete duyarlılığı, kendinden hoşnutsuzluk, heyecan arama ve dürtüsellik olmak üzere 4 faktörden oluşan geçerli ve güvenilir
bir ölçektir. Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasında açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ile faktör yapısı belirlenmiş, ancak bu
yapının madde kullanımı ile ilişkili 4 kişilik özelliğine kuramsal uygunluğu doğrulanamamıştır. Bu çalışmada, MKRPÖ’nün faktör yapısının
kurama uygunluğu doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ile test edilerek ileri psikometrik özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamızda, daha önce AFA ile faktör yapısının belirlendiği MKRPÖ’nün Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlik ve güvenirlik
çalışmasındaki yaş ortalaması 15,58 (±1,03) olan 14-19 yaş aralığındaki 875 ergenden oluşan örneklem evren olarak kullanılmıştır.
Çalışmamızın örneklemi, evrendeki yüksek ve düşük sosyoekonomik düzeyi temsil eden, liselerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerden tabakalı
örnekleme yöntemiyle basit rastgele ve farklı oranlarda olacak şekilde 436 ergen olarak belirlenmiştir. Yirmi üç maddelik dört faktörden oluşan
ölçeğin faktör yapısının DFA ile doğrulanmasında, IBM AMOS ver. 23.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Modelin uyumunun değerlendirilmesinde,
ki-kare/serbestlik derecesi (sd), Uyum İyiliği indeksi (GFİ), Düzeltilmiş İyilik testi (AGFİ) ve kök ortalama hata yaklaşımı karesi (RMSEA) GFİ
hesaplanmıştır.
Bulgular: DFA sonucundan elde edilen standartlaştırılmış faktör yükleri 0,31-0,86 değerleri arasında bulunmuştur. Modelin uyumunu daha
iyileştirmek için modifikasyon indekslerinin önerdiği 7. ile 23. maddelere ve 3. ile 12. maddelere ilişkin hatalar arasında ilişki tanımlanmıştır.
Hesaplanan GFİ’lerinden ki-kare/sd değeri 3,305 olarak saptanmıştır. Diğer bir uyum indeksi RMSEA, 0,058 olarak bulunmuştur. Diğer uyum
indeks değerlerine bakıldığında, GFİ 0,91 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu değerler modelin iyi bir uyum gösterdiğine işaret etmektedir. Son olarak
AGFİ 0,89 değeri ile kabul edilebilir olarak tespit edilmiştir.
Sonuç: Çalışmamızda elde ettiğimiz bulgular ile modelin kurama iyi bir uyum gösterdiği izlenmiş olup 23 maddelik 4 faktörlü ölçeğin yapı
geçerliliği desteklenmiştir.
Advanced Psychometric Properties of the Turkish Adaptation of the Substance Use Risk Profile Scale
Objectives: Substance Use Risk Profile scale (SURPS) measuring the personality traits associated with susceptibility to substance use is a
valid and reliable questionnaire. In the validity and reliability study of the Turkish adaptation for SURPS, the factor structure was determined
by the explanatory factor analysis but the theoretical suitability of this structure to the personality traits (anxiety sensitivity, lack of selfcontentment, sensation seeking and impulsivity) could not be confirmed. In this study, it was aimed to test the theoretical suitability of the
factor structure by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
Materials and Methods: The universe of our study was the sample consisting of 875 adolescents aged between 14 and 19 years with a
mean age of 15.58 (±1.03) years for the Turkish validity and reliability study of the SURPS. The sample of our study was determined as 436
adolescents chosen from participants in the universe by stratified sampling method. IBM AMOS ver. 23.0 program was used in the verification
of the factor structure of the 23-item 4-factor scale with CFA. In evaluating the fit of the model, chi-square/degree of freedom (chi-square/sd),
Goodness of Fit index (GFI), Adjusted Goodness of test (AGFI) and root mean square of error approximation (RMSEA) goodness of fit indices
were calculated.Results: Standardized factor loads obtained with CFA were found between 0.31 and 0.86. In order to further improve the fit of the model, the
relationship between errors related to the items 7 and 23, and 3 and 12 suggested by the modification indexes was defined. The chi-square/sd,
RMSEA, GFI and AGFI values from calculated goodness of fit indices were determined as 3.305, 0.058, 0.91 and 0.89, respectively.
Conclusion: With our findings, it was observed that the model showed a good fit with the theory, and the construct validity of the 23-item
4-factor scale was supported.
