Rorschach protokolleri, cinsel şiddet "iyi deneyimin" uygulayan bu kişilerin içsel dünyalarına, yıkıcılık öğelerinin ve gerçek yaşamdaki perseküsyon deneyimleri ile açığa çıkan saldırgan ilişkilerden ayrıştırılamadığı konfüzyon “alanlarının" hâkim olduğunu göstermektedir. Tecavüz, paylaşılan hazzın bütünüyle dışında bırakılan öznede doyumun inkâr edildiği zalim bir sahneyi açığa çıkarır. Bu hazzın reddedilmesi öznelliğin yok edildiği bir görünümde oldukça uyarıcı ve travmatik bir sahne olarak anlaşılacaktır. Şiddet, yalnızca dışsal nesneye karşı değildir; aynı zamanda, meşru ve hayati hazzı yasaklayan nesnenin tutumuna karşı uygulanır. Bu yüzden tecavüz nesnesi öncelikle parmağı ve gözü tutan bir etki nesnesi olacaktır.
