Disosiyatif Psikozlarda Kayıp Sorunsalı: Projektif Testlerin Katkıları (Rorschach ve TAT)

Güncel psikiyatrik çalışmaların tùmü özellikle şizofrenì hastalarında depresyonun semptomatik yönüne odaklanmaktadır. Tam tersine, biz yakın zamandaki çalışmamızda klinik depresyonu değil, şizofrenik süreçten geçen kişilerin ruhsal isleyişinde kayıp sorunsalını araştırdık. Kendilik/ kendilik olmayanın limitlerinin rastgele ve narsisistik savunmaların güvenilmez veya etkisiz olduğu bir ruhsal işleyişte, varlık hissini ve sınırlarını kaybetmiş bir benlikte kaybın rolünü görevlerini sorguladık. Öyleyse metapsikolojik düzeyde işlevini araştırmak ve kayıp sorunsalı ile başa çıkmak için kullanılan ruhsal yöntemleri çalışmak için sizofrenlerde depresyonun yalnızca semptomatolojik ve fenomenolojik yönünün ötesine geçilmektedir. Bu makalemizde, şizofreni tanılı (CIM10 kriterlerine göre) kişilerde, projektif testlerin aracılığıyla (Rorschach ve T.A.T.) kayıp sorunsallar ve ruhsal işleyişte disosiyatif sorunsallar arasındaki boğumlanma ve karışımı (întrication) anlamayı önermekteyiz.
The Problematic of Loss in Dissociative Psychosis: The Contributions of Projective Tests (Rorschach and TAT)
Most of the curent psychiatric studies especially the ones on the schizophrenic patients focus on the symptomatology of depression. On the contrary, in our recent study, we investigated not the clinical depression but the problematic of loss in the psychic functioning of individuals that have passed over a schizophrenic process. In a psychic functioning where the limits of self / not-self are at random and the narcissitic defenses are unreliable or ineffective, in an ego which has lost the feeling of being and the limits; we searched for the role and duties of loss. In that case, in order to investigate the function at a metapsychological level and study the psychic methods used to cope with the problematic of loss, in schizophrenics, it should taken further away from the symptomalogical and phenomenological aspects of depression. In this article, we propose to understand loss and articulation and intrication among dissociative problematics in psychic functioning via projective tests (Rorschach and TAT) in the people diagnosed with schizophrenia (according to CIM10 criteria).
