Bipolar bozuklukta prognozu olumsuz etkileyen dürtüsel davranışlar ötimik dönemde de devam edebilmektedir. Anksiyete duyarlılığı dürtüsel davranışlara yönelik koruyucu bir faktör olarak görünmektedir. Çalışmamızda bipolar bozuklukta anksiyete duyarlılığı ile dürtüsel davranışlar arasındaki ilişki ve bu ilişkide etkili olabilecek klinik özelliklerin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya DSM-5’e göre Bipolar Bozukluk tanılı, ötimik dönemde, komorbid ruhsal hastalığı bulunmayan 70 hasta ve herhangi bir ruhsal hastalığı bulunmayan 69 gönüllü dahil edildi. Impulsive behaviors that adversely affect prognosis in bipolar disorder may persist in the euthymic period. Anxiety sensitivity is a protective factor for impulsive behaviors. In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and impulsive behaviors in bipolar disorder and the clinical features that may be effective in this relationship. Method: Seventy euthymic bipolar patients, according to the DSM-5 criteria, and 69 healthy volunteers with no comorbid mental disorders were included in the study.
