31 yaşındaki erkek hastamızda sirkadyen her iki bacakta ağrı, hareket ettirme isteği ve tarifi zor duyum bozukluğu mevcuttu. Klinik ve polisomnografi (PSG) ışığında huzursuz bacak sendromu (RLS) ile birlikte uykuda periyodik taraf hareketleri ("periodic limb movements of sleep"; PLMS ) tanısını destekleyen olgumuzu sunmak istedik.

31 [year]s old male patient presenting circadian pain and a peculiar feeling in both legs. He also had compulsive need to move his legs. We would like to present this case which was diagnosed as restless leg syndrome (RLS) with periodic limb movements of sleep (PLMS) through clinical presentation and PSG.
