neden- tedavi tekniği, hastanın kişiliği ve hastalığın doğası- ile ilişkilerini, ve olası çözüm yöntemlerini, kendi deneyimleri temelinde tartışmayı
denemektedir
Probably the most difficult… Long term treatment of patients with bipolar disorder
For the time being, it seems to be almost impossible to assemble the available literature data to form a strategy for long-term treatment of
bipolar disorder. That means “individualization” of the treatment is still the cornerstone. In this article, the author, stressing that the terms of
“treatment resistance” or “difficult-to-treat patient” are relative in nature, tries to discuss the probable four ressistance steps in the course of
long-term maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder, their relations to the probable three sources- treatment technique, patient’s personality,
and the nature of the illness- and the probable solution methods, based on his own experiences.
