Bu çalışmanın amacı grup terapi programının bireylerin depresyon, anksiyete ve stres düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu etkinin değerlendirilmesi için yarı deneysel bir yönteme başvurulmuş, kontrol grupsuz ön-test son-test deneme modeli kullanılmıştır. Program, çalışma grubuna haftada bir 90 dakikalık oturumlar şeklinde, sekiz hafta olarak uygulanmıştır. Terapi programını değerlendirmek için ön-test ve son-test ölçümleri için Beck Depresyon Envanteri, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği, Algılanan Stres Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıra Testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler çalışma grubundaki katılımcıların depresyon, anksiyete ve stres puanlarının anlamlı düzeyde azaldığını göstermiştir. Çalışma sonrasında izlenen değişimin tutarlı olup olmadığını belirleyebilmek amacıyla çalışmanın bitiminden 10 hafta sonra izleme ölçümü yapılmıştır. Yapılan izleme ölçümünde depresyon, anksiyete ve stres puanlarında bu azalmanın 10 hafta süresince devam ettiği gözlenmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the group therapy program on the levels of depression, anxiety and stress in individuals. In order to evaluate the effect quasi-experimental design was used and pre-test post-test trial model without control group was used. The program was applied to the study group for 8 weeks and the each 8 session lasted 90 minutes. To evaluate the therapy program, Beck Depression Scale, Beck Anxiety Scale and Perceived Stress Scale was used for pre-test and post-test. In this study Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used in the analysis of the data. Analyzes have shown that participants’ depression, anxiety and stress level are decreased. Follow-up measurements were made ten weeks after the end of the study in order to determine whether change was consistent. It was observed that this reduction in dep ression, anxiety and stress scores continued for ten weeks. y
