Çocuk İzlem Merkezi (ÇİM), cinsel istismar mağduru olduğundan şüphelenilen çocukların ihtiyaç duyduğu her tür adli, tıbbi ve sosyal işlemlerin, tek merkezde ve “çocuk dostu” bir ortamda gerçekleştirilmesine olanak sunan yapıdır. Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı hastaneler bünyesinde kurulan bu merkezlerin hedefi mağdur çocukların adli süreç içindeki ikincil örselenmelerinin önüne geçmektir. Multidisipliner bir yapılanmaya sahip olan bu merkezler 2010 yılından beri ülkemizde hizmet vermektedir. Bugün 28 ilde 31 merkeze ulaşılmıştır. Hastane içinde yer verilen bu merkezler, mağ-dur çocuklara yönelik gerekli görülen tıbbi değerlendirme ve müdahalelerin vakit kaybetmeden hayata geçirilmesine olanak sunmaktadır. Bu derlemede; hastane merkezli çocuk izlem merkezlerinin mağdur çocuklara sunduğu sağlık hizmetleri iki başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. Bunlar; “adli tıbbi sağlık hizmetleri” ve bu kapsam dışında kalan “ço-cuk sağlığı hizmetleri” dir. Böylece her merkezden beklenen sağlık uygulamaları için bir kılavuz oluşturulması ve bu uygulamalarda ulaşılması hedefl enen başlıklara dikkat çekmek amaçlanmıştır. Şimdiki koşullarda, tüm merkezlerde standardize bir sağlık hizmeti sunulamadığı bilinmektedir. Mevcut yapılanmayı geliştirmek ve ileriye taşımak adına kurumlar arası işbirliğine ve belirlenen hedefl er doğrultusunda yeni çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.

The Child Advocacy Center allows all the required judicial, medical and social services to be carried out in a single, "child-friendly" environment for children suspected of being sexually abused.The aim of these centers established with in the hospitals of the Ministry of Health is to prevent the secondary traumatization of victims through the judicial pro-cess.The centers have been serving a multidisciplinary team approach to the victims in our country since 2010.Today, there are 31 centers in 28 provinces. These centers, which are located in the hospital, provide the necessary medical evaluations and interventions for the victimized children without delay.In this review; the health services provided by the hospital-based child advocacy centers to the victims are evaluated under two headings. These are "forensic medi-cal services" and "child health services" outside forensic medical scope. Thus, it is aimed to create a guide for health services expected from each center and to draw attention to the mission of these services. Currently, it is known that a standardized health service can not be offered at all centers. In order to improve the existing structure and to move forward, we need to expand cooperation between institutions and novel studies in line with the mission.
