Transseksüalite kişinin esas biyolojik yapısının aksine karşı cinse ait rol davranışını, karşı cinse özgü giyim tarzını, karşı cinse özgü eylem biçimlerini benimsemesi, kendi biyolojik yapısına uygun rol davranışını reddetmesidir. Aşağıdaki olguda hastanın anamnestik bilgisi, dinamik açıdan literatür bilgisiyle birlikte olgunun değerlendirilmesi verilmiştir.
