Buprenorfin ve Benzodiazepin Beraber Kullanımı İle Ortaya Çıkan Solunum Depresyonu

Buprenorfin tebainden elde edilen yarı sentetik bir
opioiddir. Analjezik etki sağlamada ve opioid yerine
koyma tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Türkiye’de 2010
yılından beri opioid yerine koyma tedavisi (OYT)
amacıyla naloksonu da içeren preperatlar halinde
bulunmaktadır (Suboxone® ). Bu yazıda benzodiazepin
ve buprenorfin beraber kullanımı ile gelişen solunum
depresyonu olgusu anlatılacak ve bu etkileşimin olası
mekanizmaları tartışılacaktır.
Respiratory Depression caused by Buprenorphine and Benzodiazepine Use
Buprenorphine is a semi-synthetic opioid derived
from thebaine. It is used for analgesic effect and opioid
substitution therapy. In Turkey, buprenorphine and
naloxone combination (Suboxone®) has been used in
opioid substitution therapy since 2010. In this paper
respiratory depression arising after buprenorphine use
together with benzodiazepine will be told and possible
mechanisms of this interaction will be discussed.
