Çoğul Kişilik Bozukluğu: Bir Derleme

ABD'nde son yıllarda çoğul kişilik bozukluğu (ÇKB) tanısı oldukça sık konmaktadır (% 1/ 10.000). Güney ve Güneydoğu Asya'da ise ÇKB tanısı konan hasta sayısı oldukça azdır (1 yılda 0.15-1). Ülkemizde de ÇKB tanısı konan hasta sayısının oldukça az olduğu düşünülmektedir. ÇKB tanısını etkileyen pek çok etken vardır. Bu derlemenin amacı ÇKB'nun ortaya çıkışı, klinik görünümü, tanısı ve tedavisi üzerinde durmak ve az görülme nedenlerini tartışmaktır.
