Amaç: Bu çalışma aile içi fiziksel şiddete maruz kalmış evli kadınlarda çiftlerarası uyumu değerlendirmek ve aile içi şiddetin cinsel yaşam kalitesine etkisini saptamak amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Yöntem: Çalýþmaya SBÜ Erenköy Ruh ve Sinir Hastalýklarý Eðitim ve Araþtýrma Hastanesi genel psikiyatri polikliniðine 01.06.201701.09.2017 tarihleri arasýnda ardýþýk baþvuran 18-65 yaþ aralýðýnda 162 evli kadýn katýldý. Çalýþmaya katýlan bireylere DSM-IV taný kriterlerine göre yapýlandýrýlmýþ psikiyatrik görüþme (SCID-I) uygulandý. Araþtýrmaya dahil edilen hastalara sosyodemografik veri formu, aile içi þiddet soru formu, çift uyum ölçeði, cinsel yaþam kalite ölçeði uygulandý. Bulgular:Çalýþmaya katýlan hastalarýn 62'si (% 38.27) aile içi fiziksel þiddete maruz kalmýþtý. Aile içi þiddete maruz kalmamýþ olanlarýn % 42.0’si, aile içi þiddete maruz kalanlarýn % 61.3’ü görücü usulü/istemsiz evlilik yapmýþtý. Katýlýmcýlara uygulanan cinsel yaþam kalite ölçeðinde aile içi þiddete maruz kalmayanlarda, aile içi þiddete maruz kalanlara göre cinsel yaþam kalitesi anlamlý olarak yüksek bulundu (p<0,001). Uygulanan çift uyum ölçeðinde ise aile içi þiddete maruz kalmayanlarda anlaþma, doyum, uyum ve toplam alt ölçeklerinde anlamlý olarak yükseklik saptandý (p<0,001). Sonuç: Araþtýrmamýzda aile içi fiziksel þiddete maruz kalan kadýnlarda çift uyumunun ve cinsel yaþam kalitesinin oldukça düþük olduðunu saptadýk. Ruh saðlýðý çalýþanlarýnýn kadýnlarý deðerlendirirken salt hastalýk belirtilerini deðil kadýnýn sosyal ve kültürel arka planýný oluþturan bileþenleri iyi deðerlendirmesi ve aile içi þiddetin sorgulama sistemine dahil edilmesi oldukça önemlidir.

Objective: The present study was performed to assess the adjustment between the couples in married women who were exposed to domestic violence and the effects of domestic violence on the quality of sexual life. Method: The study included 162 married women between the ages of 18 and 65 years, who were conse cutively admitted to the general psychiatry outpatient clinic of Ministry of Health Erenköy Research and Education Hospital for Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases between 01.06.2017 and 01.09.2017. Structured psychiatric interview (SCID-I) according to the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria were performed all individuals participating in the study. The patients included in the study completed the sociodemografic data form, domestic violence questionnaire form, Dyadic Adjustment Scale for Measurement of Marital Quality with Turkish Couples and Quality of Sexual Life Questionnaire. Results: Among the patients who participated in the study, 62 (38.27%) of them had been exposed to domestic physical violence. While 42.0% of those who had not been exposed to domestic physical violence had an arranged/involuntary marriage, the percentage of those who had an arranged marriage among women who were exposed to domestic violence was 61.3%.
