Cinsel Terapi Sonuçları

Gerekçe. Bu çalışmada bir psikiyatri hastanesinin cinsel işlev bozuklukları polikliniğinde uygulanan cinsel terapi sonuçlan değerlendirilmiştir.
Yöntem. 15 ay boyunca Bakırköy Ruh ve Sinir Hastalıkları Hastanesi, Cinsel İşlev Bozuklukları Polikliniğine başvuran 148 kişiden 70'ine cinsel terapi önerildi. Tedaviyi kabul eden 51 olgu araştırma grubumuzu oluşturmaktadır. 51 çift, Schover ve arkadaşları tarafından geliştirilen cinsel öykü formu ile değerlendirildi ve çok eksenli tanımlayıcı sisteme göre tanılan belirlendi. Çiftlerle farklı cinsiyetten iki terapist, haftada bir, ortalama 45 dakika görüştü. Cinsel terapide Kaplan tarafından geliştirilen model temel alındı. Tedavi sonunda ve izleme aşamalannda çiftler cinsel öykü formu ile yeniden değerlendirildi.
Sonuçlar. 51 olgunun 6'sı ( %12 ) tedaviyi terketti, 3'ünün ( % 6) tedavisi terapistler tarafından sonlandınldı. 26'sının ( % 51) tedavisi tamamlandı. 16'sının ( % 31 ) tedavisi sürmektedir. Tedaviyi tamamlayan 26 olgunun %35'i erkek, %65'i kadın idi. Tedavi sonundaki tanısal değerlendirmede, olguların 22'sinde ( %85 ) hiçbir cinsel işlev bozukluğu saptanmadı. 4 (%15) olguda ise cinsel işlev bozukluğu tanılan hafifleyerek sürmekte idi.
Tartışma. Olgularımızın tanı ve cinsiyet dağılımı farklılık göstermektedir. Yabancı kaynakların aksine ülkemizdeki diğer çalışmalarla benzer olarak kadınlarda vaginismus, erkeklerde erken boşalma
Sex Therapy Results
Objective. The aim of this study is to evaluate the results of the sex therapy in the outpatient clinic of sexual dysfunctions in a mental hospital. Method. In a period of 15 [month]s, of the 148 subjects who were referred to the outpatient clinic of sexual dysfunctions in Bakirköy State Hospital for Psychiatric and Neurological Disorders, 70 of them were suggested for the sex therapy. 51 subjects who accepted the treatment constituted our sample group. Subjects and their partners were evaluated by a self-report sexual history form which had been improved by Schover et al and diagnosed according to the multiaxial descriptive system.Every session of the therapy lasted approximately 45 minutes and the interviews were conducted by two separate gender psychiatrist weekly. Sex therapy was based on the model which had been described by Kaplan. Subjects and their partners were evaluated by sexual history form also at the end of the therapy and in the follow-up. Results. 6 (12%) of the 51 subjects were dropout wheras therapies of the 3 (6%) subjects were ended by the therapists.
