Gerekçe: Bu çalışmanın amacı, cinsel sorun­ları olan 70 evli erkeğin cinsel işlev bozuklu­ğu özellikleri ve tanılarının incelenmesidir. Yöntem; 70 evli erkeğin cinsel işlev bozuklu­ğu tanılan DSM-IV ölçütlerine göre kondu. Cinsel öykü formu kullanıldı ve tüm olgular Schover ve arkadaşlarının geliştirdikleri çok eksenli tanımlayıcı sistemine göre değerlendi­rildi. Cinsel işlev bozukluğu tanısının nicel ve nitel ayrıntıları saptandı. Sonuçlar: İncelenen 70 evli erkeğin yaşı 19-56 arasında olup, yaş ortalaması 32.79±7.9 ve cinsel işlev bozukluğu süresi 1 ay-34 yıl arasında bulundu. % 50 olguda başlagnıç be­lirtisi erken boşalmaydı. Olguların %60'ında cinsel işlev bozukluğu, ilk kez eşleriyle ilişki­de ortaya çıkmıştı. Olguların % 46'sında ank-siyete, %29'unda depresyon, %26'smda başka affektif tepkiler saptandı. Davranış değişiklik­leri içinde en sık belirlenen cinsel ilişki sıklı­ğının azalmasıydı. Uyarılma ve orgazm ekse­ninden birlikte tanı konan hastaların %70'i sadece uyarılma, % 30'u ise boşalma sorunu ile başvurmuştu. Olguların % 17'sine tek ek­senden, %83'üne birden fazla eksenden tanı konuldu.
Değerlendirme: Olguların ilk yalanmalarında uyarılma ve orgazm sorunları eşitti. Çok ek­senli tanı sistemine göre % 67'sine uyarılma, % 93'üne orgazm, % 61'ine uyarılma ve or­gazm ekseninden birlikte tanı konuldu. Bu sonuç, uyarılma bozukluğunun en fazla önemsendiğini göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak; çok eksenli tanı sistemi, terapistin uyguladığı tanı ve tedavinin planlanmasında hastanın cinsel işlevinin daha kapsamlı gösterilmesine yardımcı olabilecektir.

Object: The aim of this study was to investi­gate sexual characteristics and diagnoses of 70 married men with sexual problems. Method: 70 married men met DSM-IV criteria for sexual dysfunction. Sexual history form was used and all cases were evaluated accor­ding to the multlaxial problem-oriented system which was developed by Schover et al. All cases were analyzed qualitative and quan­titative details o sexual dysfunctions. Results: The sample consisted of 70 males with an age range of 19-56 and a mean age of 32.79±7.9 [year]s. Duration of sexual dysfunc­tion is one [month]-34 [year]s. Sexual dysfuncti­ons of 60% of the cases were occured sexual relationship with wife at first time. In the be-gining, onset symptom of 50% of the cases was premature ejaculation. 46% of the cases had anxiety, 29% depression and 26% other reactions (guilty, angry, hostility etc.), in re­gard of anxiety reactions. Low coital frequ­ency was most common among sexual attitu­des of all cases. Patients who were diagnosed together arousal and orgasm axis applied that 70% of the patients had only arousal and 30% and only ejaculation complaints. 17% of the cases had one axis diagnosis and 83% more than one aOis diagnosis. Discussion: Arousal complaints were equal orgasm complaints among onset symptoms. According to the multiaxial problem-oriented system, 67% of the cases was diagnosed from arousal axis, 93% orgasm axis and 61% to­gether arousal and orgasm axis.
