Obsesif-kompulsif bozukluğun (OKB) klinik özellikleri arasında psikoz belirtilerinin görülmesi araştırmacıların ilgisini iken bir konu olmaya devam etmektedir. Sözü edilen iki klinik tablodan çocukluk çağı OKB'sine ait bilgilerimiz günden güne artmaktadır ancak sanrısal düşünce bozukluğunun gelişimi hakkında bilgilerimiz hala sınırlıdır . Bu yazıda, klinikte obsesif-kompulsif bozukluk tanısıyla izlenmekte iken erotomani gelişen 14 yaşında bir ergen kız, çocuk ve ergen gelişiminde psikopatoloji bağlamında incelenmiştir.Bu sunumla, olgunun, OKB ve Sanrısal Bozukluğun anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunması amaçlanmaktadır.

The observations on the psychotic features of clinical presentation of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) has been an interesting topic for most researchers. Despite the fact that our knowledge of childhood onset OCD is growing day to day, our understanding of development of delusional thought is still limited. In the present paper, a 14 [year]-old female adolescent who developed erotomania during the course of obsessivecompulsive disorder is discussed in the context of psychopathology and development.It is aimed to broaden our understanding of OCD and delusional disorder phenomena.
