Frontal lob epilepsisi primer olarak uykuda başlayan garip, stereotipik davranışlar, amaçlı gibi algılanan şiddet eylemleri ile seyreden ve aniden sonlanan bir klinik tablo sergilemektedir. Klinik tablonun söz edilen belirtilerle seyretmesi sıklıkla psödönöbet ve uyku bozuklukları ile karışmasına yol açmaktadır. Bu yazıda iki olguda saptanan frontal lob epilepsisi olgusu sunulacaktır.

Frontal lobe epilepsy presents itself with a primarily sleep induced onset characterized with bizarre stereotyped behaviors, accompanied by agressive outburst which are perceived to be purposeful and ends abruptly. The above mentioned clinical features commonly cause diagnosal confusion with pseudo- seizures and parasomnias. In this article, two cases with frontal lobe epilepsy will be presented.
