Psikofarmakolojik ajanlarla yapılan intihar girişimlerinde risk etkenleri

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, psikofarmakolojik ajanlarla yapılan intihar girişimleri nedeniyle getirilen hastalarda risk etkenlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Vakıf Gureba Hastanesi acil servisine başvuran 30 intihar girişimi ogusuyla yaptığımız görüşme yardımıyla, risk etkenlerini değerlendirmek istedik.
Bulgular: Deneklerin % 20'su psikiyatrik tedavi görmüştür. Deneklerin % 36.5'i yinleyen intihar girişimlerinde bulunmuştur. En sık kullanılan psikotroplar sırasıyla amitritilin, diazepam ve opipramol'dur.
Tartışma: İntihar girişimlerinde sık kullanılan amitriptilin gibi toksisitesi yüksek psikotropları, intihar düşüncesi ve riski olan hastalarda daha dikkatli reçete edilmesi gerekmektedir.
Risk factors in suicide attempts with the usage of psychotropic drugs
Object: In this study, it was tried to assess the risk factors in suicide attempt victims the use of psychotropic drugs.
Method: 30 cases of attempted suicide who were refered to Vakif Gureba Hospital emergency department were included in the study. The evaluation of the risk factors for suicide was attempted by interview.
Results: 30% of the had had psychiatic treatment. 36.5% had attempted suicide more than one time. The psychotrophic drugs used most were amitryptilline, diazepam and opipramole.
Conclusions: It was concluded that in patients with the ideation ar risk of suicide, drugs like amtryptilline which have a high toxicity must be used carefully.
