Klozapin ve sulpiridin pozitif ve negatif belirtiler üzerine etkinliğinin karşılaştırılması

Klozapin ve sülpiridin pozitif ve negatif belirtiler üzerine etkili olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada her iki ilacın pozitif ve negatif semptomlar üzerine etkinliğinin karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Tedavinin altmışıncı gününde klozapinle tedavi edilen grubun, sülpirid verilen gruba kıyasla pozitif ve negatif belirti puanları anlamlı derecede daha düşük bulundu. Tedaviye dirençli şizofreni hastalarındaki pozitif ve negatif belirtilerin tedavisinde klozapinin daha etkili olduğu söylenebilir.
Comparison of clozapine and sulpiride on positive and negative symptoms
Clozapine and sulpiride were known that they have effects on positive and negative symptoms. In this study, the comparison of effects on positive and negative symptoms of this drug was aimed. On the 60th day of the study the points of the positive and negative symptoms of the group treated with clozapine were significantly less than the group treated with sulpiride. It is suggested that the clozapine was more effective than sulpirid on treatment of positive and negative symptoms of treatment-resistant-schizophrenia.
